My approach to coaching
I coach business leaders who are going through a role transition, setting a new direction or facing particularly difficult challenges. My approach is based on building deep relationships with my clients which allow me to truly act as a thought partner leading to improved individual performance and demonstrable organisational benefit. I’m able to offer a protected space to think and am unafraid of asking the difficult question.
Meyler-Campbell trained, I combine my natural empathy with strong business insight allowing me to work effectively across a broad range of commercial contexts. I challenge and support my clients enabling them to develop self-awareness, build resilience, unlock potential and perform better.
