With over 10 years of assessment experience working with boards and executive teams, I help my clients to better understand the strengths of their people. I advise on succession planning, talent mapping, and leadership development, either directly or partnering with a small number of boutique executive search firms.

After taking a detailed brief, I conduct in-depth assessments of top teams, thereby enabling my clients to supplement existing organisational performance review data with an independent, externally-benchmarked view of each participant.

I work closely with clients to determine the optimum approach, but typically assessments take the form of a two-hour in-depth interview. During this session, I use biographical and competency-based questions and assess both functional capabilities and broader leadership skills together with a further exploration of the participant’s aspirations and motivations and ability to think strategically.

In addition, I use the Hogan Psychometric tool and carry out confidential colleague feedback calls on each participant to add colour and to test my initial insights.

My reports highlight distinctive strengths as well as possible areas for growth and development, and provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations for support.
